Management in the commercialization of intellectual property

Annotation

The purpose of this article is to find management solutions for the development of innovation activities, in particular the commercialization of intellectual property. The objective is to develop innovative development of knowledge in the framework of advanced technologies, based on the results of intellectual activities (RIA). Execution of tasks based on the use of the dialectical method of investigation, methods of economic analysis, forecasting, situational and systemic analysis, expert estimations and empirical data, of economic modeling. At the basis of the elaboration of RIA lies the Strategy of socio-economic development of the territories. Public authorities carry out the support of scientific and technological activity and of the innovation activity, in the framework of the strategy for the implementation of RIA. To promote the intellectual development in the field of educational of personnel opportunity requires special review articles on financing the wage fund. Significant impact in the commercialization of high technologies has foreign economic activity of industrial organizations, of fundamental and applied science.

Operational management the commercialization of intellectual property

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to study the processes for sustainable and innovative development of the Russian economy. The objective is to find innovative solutions, the elaboration of new technologies to improve life expectancy and longevity of the active population. The Methods of the decision of tasks based on the use of the dialectical method of investigation, methods of economic analysis, forecasting, situational and systemic analysis, expert estimations and empirical data. Operational activities form the basis of operational management within the framework of goals, objectives and principles, the implementation of innovative energy-efficient, resource-saving and ecologically safe (green) technologies and industries in different sectors of the economy. The goals of the operational management are sustainable and innovative development of the industry by introducing RIA. To introduce RIA in the production it needs to identify priority areas for industrial development, where it is necessary innovations, that will provide an economic breakthrough.

Risk management at commercialization of intellectual property

Abstract

The subject of the article is the innovation management system, risk management at commercialization of intellectual property. The purpose of this study is to search for the optimal risk management practices of commercialization of intellectual property. In the framework of identifying best practices of risk management is necessary to put the following tasks: to investigate management models, transition to “free innovations” that use new mechanisms of commercialization of intellectual property, various innovative risk management system by substituting some other innovations in the real sector of the state economy. Research Methods is based on the application of a method of dialectical research, methods of the economic analysis, forecasting, situational and systemic analysis, expert estimations and empirical data. The main conclusion of the study is that it is necessary to organize a risk management system to ensure economic growth and promotion of intellectual property commercialization.

Increase of efficiency of commercialization of results of research and development

Abstract

The subject of the research is the methods and the ways of improve the efficiency of commercialization of the results of intellectual property (Research and development) from ideas to projects, from projects to transactions in the conditions of today’s market. The purpose of the article is to examine the process of commercialization of intellectual property. At the stage of commercialization of intellectual property are set tasks in the framework of the research and finding ways to provide the transfer of knowledge, selection of projects for further work, training of professional shots. Methods of dialectical research, methods of the economic analysis, forecasting, situational and systemic analysis, expert estimations and empirical data, economic modeling are applied to the solution of objectives within research. Researches led to the following conclusions: innovative economy is possible only within the framework of the formation, development and commercialization of intellectual property (R&D) for ensuring region’s economic growth in today’s competitive market.

Quality management as a business development strategy

Abstract

Development strategy of the business depends on market conditions. The problem of the quality of goods and services determines the necessity to choose the business development strategy, focused on the strengths of the company. By offering unique products and services, creates the opportunity to establish their own pricing policy, and the need for market research in the market and the search for new resource-saving technologies in order to minimize production costs. Choosing a strategy of concentrated growth, focused on strengthening the business place in the market, the development of business in the condition of market changes, product, industry, technology and position within the market, identified the need to assess the comparative advantages and disadvantages of the system – total quality management as a business strategy. We investigated business quality from the point of view of producers and consumers. Attention is paid to strengthening the image and reputation of the company, TQM development – the quality of manufactured goods and all production processes.

Innovative projects of the Republic of Ingushetia

Abstract

The subject of the article examines the innovative capacity of the Republic of Ingushetia. The purpose of the article is to identify the main competitive advantages of the development of the territories. The main tasks is the identification and the solution of the problems, as well as the formation of an effective system of innovative development of the Republic of Ingushetia. The article describes the existing innovative projects as well as projects under development now. One of the most effective mechanisms is the support of small and medium business by the state, in the development and activation of innovative activity. Such personal qualities as mobility, desire to be trained during all life, tendency to business and acceptance of risk are important for the innovative entrepreneurs. Nowadays there is a tendency of development of innovative economy with the use of mechanisms and instruments of public-private partnership. The author draws a conclusion that in the economy of the Republic of Ingushetia it is necessary to form the trend of innovative planning and running a business.

Innovative projects of the Republic of Chechnya

Abstract.

The subject of researches are innovative projects that will allow providing the economic growth of the region. The purpose of the article is to study the prerequisites and the opportunities to overcome the post-war economic difficulties in the Chechen Republic. For the solution of the goals in the article, the following tasks are set: to carry out the analysis of prerequisites and the existing problems in the development of innovative projects in the region. The Methods of the solution of tasks based on use of the dialectical method of investigation, methods of the economic analysis, forecasting, situational and systemic analysis, expert estimations and empirical data. Based on the researches defined conclusion: the development of economy scientific and technical innovative projects of the Chechen Republic are urged to execute a crucial role.

The development of intellectual property in Karachayevo-Cherkessia

Annotation

This article is devoted to the analysis and research of the development of intellectual property in the Republic of Karachay-Cherkessia. In order to ensure economic growth in the regions of Russia it is necessary to develop innovative projects. Today it is necessary to radically reconsider the approaches to management of intellectual property. Formation of market mechanisms requires special planning of the enterprises taking into account introduction of innovative technologies. The purpose of the work is to study innovative intellectual potential of the Republic of Karachay-Cherkessia. Within the solution of the existing problems, it is supposed to develop the corresponding indicators and special approaches to the analysis and diagnosis of the existing potential of the region. The solution of objectives is based on application of a method of dialectical studies, methods of the economic analysis, forecasting, the situational and systemic analysis, expert estimates and empirical data, economic modeling. The development of innovative economy is possible only within the framework of the formation, development and commercialization of intellectual property for ensuring economic growth in the region.

Social and economic development of tourism industry in North Ossetia-Alania

Abstract

The subject of the study is the tourism industry of North Ossetia-Alania. The purpose of the research is to find ways of effective planning for sustainable social and economic development of the tourism industry of North Ossetia-Alania. For the solution of research objectives, the tasks are set: to reveal prerequisites and possible ways of planning for sustainable social and economic development of the tourism industry of North Ossetia-Alania. The Methods of the solution of tasks is based on the use of a dialectical method of investigation, methods of economic analysis, forecasting, situational and systemic analysis, expert estimates and empirical data. In terms of financial and economic instability in the formation of PPP in the field of tourism will provide effective social and economic development. The conclusion of the study is to provide the organization with mechanisms and PPP tools, which promotes the development of tourism in Republic of North Ossetia–Alania, assumes an increase in the share of tourism in GRP structure, ensure the competitiveness of the region in both external and domestic tourism and a positive impact on the social and economic development of the Republic of North Ossetia–Alania.

Accounting and control of implementation of innovation

Abstract

Currently, regional projects cannot be implemented due to lack of funding. Financing innovative projects difficult barriers of fiscal policy in the reflection of the accounting process.

Goals / objectives The aim of this research is to study accounting and analytical innovation and investment potential of the Russian territory in the framework of the formation of the PPP. In this regard, it is expected to develop mechanisms and tools of accounting and analytical aspects of PPPs to ensure economic growth in Russia.

Methods The study used a systematic approach to managing the process of economic, structural and functional analysis of the situation, as well as knowledge of scientific methods used for the formation of recommendations and proposals.

Conclusion It is necessary to introduce new models of business processes that need to ensure sustainable development of the country, more efficient use of all natural resources and intellectual potential in the reproductive areas and to strengthen the global position of Russia in the conditions of economic integration in the world economy.
