It leads to organizations’ reluctance to account the intellectual property objects as the intangible assets and consequently make the involvement of intellectual property objects in capitalization process impossible. The main reasons for popularity of including of intellectual property in the process of capitalization in the foreign countries are the high expenditures on scientific research and the high income from it. Therefore, in order to increase the participation of intellectual property objects in business capitalization Russian government should improve legal provisions concerning accounting, improve the legal regulation of IPO and expend the budget expenditures on R&D.
