Public-private partnership in the development of agro-industrial holding

Abstract:

in this article examines the possibility of disclosure of agro-industrial potential of the Ulyanovsk region through the use of public-private partnership (PPP). It is proposed to implement investment projects in the town of Dimitrovgrad, Ulyanovsk region, which will not only create the foundation for high-tech production of organic food in the area, but subsequently promotes the release of the Ulyanovsk region in the leading position in Russia in the production of organic products.

Development of public-private partnership in urban district Zhukovsky

Abstract.

Examines the social project aimed at improving the urban district Zhukovsky pre-school education and reducing queues in them. We investigated the history of the city, social and commercial infrastructure, ecology Zhukovsky. Commended for carriage by rail, and the problem is the lack of direct access to Federal Highway and detour, which increases traffic flow through the city. This article discusses the theoretical and methodological foundations of efficiency analysis of mergers and acquisitions. Since the modern development of the economy in the face of globalization, technological change and market liberalization enhances the competitive environment by increasing the relevance of the processes of mergers and acquisitions on the basis of the results of the authors of the studies identified particular patterns of cash flow and economic profit in the company’s valuation to assess the effectiveness of transactions M&A, as well as reviewed methodology for determining their effectiveness.
